World Quantum Day · Quantum Information Branch of the Chinese Information Society

In recent years, an increasing number of Chinese scientists have actively participated in quantum science research worldwide, making significant contributions to the progress of global quantum technology through unremitting breakthroughs and outstanding achievements. China's achievements in quantum research have emerged, refreshing the international academic community's understanding of quantum science and demonstrating the responsibility of Chinese researchers to open up cooperation and serve the global community with a shared future.

These contributions stem from the wisdom crystallization of the cornerstone of the quantum theory building jointly established by all mankind; In the early stages of the development of quantum theory, the Chinese scientific community was still in its infancy and had limited contributions to the fundamental research of quantum theory; At the end of the 20th century, with the vigorous development of economy and technology, China seized the opportunity of the upcoming 21st century quantum revolution, leveraged China's technological experience and market advantages in the application field, laid the foundation for the takeoff of China's quantum technology, and thus achieved the solid foundation that Chinese scientists have opened up in the field of quantum technology today. In the next century, can China seize a new starting point in this field to achieve national layout, create stronger disciplines, and continue to contribute to the accumulation of human knowledge and technological progress on the scientific foundation laid by all mankind, shouldering the human mission of building a better home entrusted by the times? The answer is already very clear.

On the occasion of the intersection of the Quantum Century and World Quantum Day, let us pay tribute to the global scientists who have made outstanding contributions to quantum theory and technology; We also pay tribute to all the promoters from various industries such as industry, academia, research, enterprise and government who have contributed to the development of quantum technology in China; We must pay tribute to our generation of Chinese quantum technology fighters, who have taken over the baton of Chinese scientists and continued to create and explore in the "no man's land" of China's quantum field. Let us witness this historic moment together, foreseeing that China will stand at the forefront of quantum technology in the next century, and strive to continue writing a glorious chapter of future technology for the quantum development of all mankind in the next century.
