The Frequency Counter is based on FPGA-based time measurement technology, enabling high-speed and high-precision frequency detection. It determines signal frequency by counting cycles within a 500 μs measurement window and transmits data to a host computer via a serial interface.
The device supports a wide frequency range from 20 kHz to 80 MHz and achieves a fine resolution of 10 mHz. With its compact design, low power consumption, and fast response, it is well suited for a wide range of precision measurement applications.
