On April 12th, the second Applied Physics Conference was grandly held at Chengdu University of Electronic Science and Technology. Liu Huan, the General Manager of Hefei MoCe Technology Co., Ltd., was invited to deliver a keynote speech titled "Ultra sensitive Quantum Magnetic Sensors and Industrial Applications", which comprehensively showcased the company's technological breakthroughs and industrialization achievements in the field of quantum magnetic sensing, attracting high attention from both academia and industry.

  Liu Huan pointed out in the report that the micro Mz rubidium optical pump geomagnetic quantum magnetometer independently developed by MoCe Technology has achieved a leapfrog development in quantum magnetic sensing technology through multiple core technological innovations

 

1. Ultra high sensitivity: Based on optical pumping technology and atomic spin effect, the sensitivity of the magnetometer can reach up to 2 Pitstra levels (equivalent to one millionth of the geomagnetic field), breaking through the nanoTesla level limitations of traditional magnetic resistance technology and accurately capturing weak magnetic field signals such as underwater submersibles and crustal movements.

 

2. Extreme miniaturization: Adopting vertical cavity surface emitting laser (VCSEL) and flexible RF coil technology, the probe volume is only 35mm × 15mm × 15mm (thumb size), which is thousands of times smaller than traditional devices. It supports wearable devices and drones, promoting the transformation of magnetic field monitoring from "fixed stations" to "mobile nodes".


3. Dynamic anti-interference: The servo loop locking technology achieves a fast response of 20000nT/s (tracking half of the geomagnetic field change per second), and has signal self checking and real-time relocking capabilities, ensuring data reliability even in complex electromagnetic environments.

2、 Industrial application: landing in multiple field scenarios

     The report focuses on sharing practical application cases of ink measurement quantum magnetic sensors:

 

·Geomagnetic monitoring and disaster prevention warning: In the magnetic monitoring station set up in the Tanlu fault zone, the Mohe measurement equipment successfully captured geomagnetic anomaly data in the Feidong area of Hefei, which is a hundred times higher than the sampling rate of the Canadian GEM proton magnetometer, providing new dimensional support for earthquake warning.

·Resource exploration and magnetic anomaly detection: The aeromagnetic system installed on the Danian Technology unmanned aerial vehicle platform achieves efficient exploration of mineral resources and identification of magnetic characteristics of underground targets, filling the gap in high-sensitivity mobile magnetic measurement technology in China.

  

 

·Industry and Urban Governance: Combining AI algorithms to build "quantum+intelligent" solutions in areas such as subway braking system detection, buried object positioning in culverts, and partial discharge monitoring of power equipment, to assist in the safe operation and maintenance of new infrastructure.

3、 Localization breakthrough: breaking through the bottleneck

In response to the international technology blockade, Liu Huan emphasized that "manufacturers such as QuSpin in the United States have banned high-end zero field magnetometers from China, while MoCe Technology has overcome key technologies such as microfabrication technology and integrated temperature control circuits through independent research and development, and launched a magnetic environment applicable magnetometer. The sensor volume (1.5 × 1.5 × 3.0cm) and power consumption (5W) are superior to similar international products, achieving a leap from 'following' to 'running in parallel'. ”

4、 Strategic layout: Building a quantum sensing ecosystem

     MoCe Technology simultaneously showcased supporting equipment such as ultra shielded tubes (10 times attenuation) and low-noise current sources, forming a full chain solution of "sensor shielding data processing".
